As well as the impressive fitness they have received from cycling and walking many have met friends and made close relationships. Previous holiday makers have found that they have not needed to worry about their calorie intakes, people are enable to enjoy their food. Where as many have said that they had to be choosy with what they consumed on previous holidays because they have not needed to cycle or walk far because everything is available at close range.
