Caption Contest: Write the Best, Win a Simms Windstopper Flap Cap

A few weeks ago, I told you all about the "Photarium," which is a pretty interesting concept, in that it keeps fish in water when you are taking pictures of them. Good for the fish... but I'm not entirely sure about the quality of the grip 'n grins. Seems a bit goofy, now that I look at it. So goofy, in fact, that I'm going to toss this shot out there for a caption contest.
