An Attempt at Salt Water Fishing

2016/7/18 15:30:35

Hello again to all my fishing friends and fellow ambassadors.  On April 28 a few friends and I loaded up and headed down to the Chesepeake Bay to try our hand at fishing for Striped Bass during the spawn. We hooked up with Captains Joe and Janet Rupp owners of the charter boat "Lucky Duck".  Joe and Janet have a reputation of being the best charter captains on the bay, often bringing in fish when no other charter captains do.  Unfortunately for us mother nature had other plans for us on this particular day.  After spending two hours at the dock with Joe and Janet the decision was made that with worsening weather conditions, we had to postpone the trip.  So for now  were all patiently waiting to get back aboard the Lucky Duck during the first week of July, for what should be a exciting and productive fishing trip.  Anyone who is looking to take a trip to the Chesepeake Bay should definetely look into hooking up with Joe and Janet on the Lucky Duck.  There schedule was filling quick so definetely contact them ahead of time at [email protected].  I'm looking forward to reporting on our trip when we get back.  Until then god bless and great fishing.
