-  BALL HANDLING TIPS

The importance of ball handling tips, while basketball training and practicing can't be overstated. This skill can only be improved by doing ball handling drills.

"  When you practice remember the following tips

"  Don't look down at the ball while practicing. Keep your head up always.

"  Keep your back straight and knees bent while practicing. Practice as low as you can because being lower keep your ball safer.

"  Keep on increasing your speed while practicing. This will help you in your final game.

"  You should control the ball with finger tips and not palms.

-  SHOOTING

The shooting tips include:

"  Always hold the ball on your fingertips.

"  Your knees should be bent at the starting of your shot and at the end your knees should be straight and hands high in air.

"  Your arms should be fully extended when you reach the peak of your shot.

"  PASSING

Passing is an important skill and it requires great practice and coordination with your teammates. The tips include:

"  Pass using two hands

"  Make a pass that is easier to catch for your teammate

"  Pass to the teammate that is away from defender

"  Be cautious while using tricks of passing.
