NBA: What are the Playoff Odds?

2016/7/27 15:34:48

The National Basketball Association (NBA) Playoffs, is an elimination tournament played among sixteen teams in the Eastern Conference and Western Conference. All teams make a show of remarkable performances over the course of the season. The winning and losing streaks boost teams up and down in the jam-packed standings, ultimately deciding the final four teams who then play in the conference finals. NBA tickets are available for all events, play-off and finals. The tournament is all heated up! Do not miss the chance to witness which teams make it to the finals.

As the tournament moves deeper into the final third of the 2013-14 Season, a few teams have emerged stealing the spotlight in their efforts for the desired playoff spots in both conferences. Most prominent among them are, Miami Heat, Indiana Pacers, Oklahoma City Thunder, San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets, and Los Angeles Clippers. The excitement is sky-high, as every passing week brings more challenging games for these handful teams that are clear-cut locks for the postseason battle field.

Indiana Pacers are in full swing. It is the only team in the NBA so far that has well secured their place in the playoffs. Even with all games lost in the rest of the current season, they'd still make it to one of the top eight spots in the Eastern Conference. With equal pacing, San Antonio Spurs is just getting healthier with every passing game. It remained elite even when everyone on the roster seemed to be dropping like flies.

OKC Thunder has emerged as a strong candidate for the playoffs. Despite a brief fall in result of Russell Westbrook's return to the lineup, there is no team in the Western Conference that has a better record than Thunders. Fighting their way towards the post-season, Miami Heat is in head-to-head competition with them and the rest of the teams. With LeBron James, and his ability to steer the team into the postseason, it is very much possible that the fans would be cheering the Heats as winners in future games.

Everything seems to be coming together for the Housten Rockets, from beating the Heats and Pacers in the same week of the 2013-214 Season, to crushing Indiana, the Rockets has become one of the hottest teams in the NBA. Dwight Howard and James Harden are a delight to watch playing on the field. Where Rockets seem determine to play through all games till the end of the season, Los Angeles Clippers also continue to assert their superiority with the longest current win streak in the NBA. If their winning streak persists, it is likely that they would finish the season at No. 1 in the Western Conference standings.

So what are the playoff odds? Which teams would make it to the postseason and ultimately to the finals, that is yet to be seen. The most convenient way of getting tickets, is to buy NBA tickets online. So grab your NBA Tickets now and continue to support your favorite team by watching the games live!
