Be Careful About What You Wear!

A player should never wear risky things either for the player himself or for any of his opponents. Particularly to accessories or jewelry, like watches, bracelets, chains, earrings and rings – so the referee could order a player to remove any items. Wearing breaks the rules, the referee can order him (or her) off the pitch and oblige him to remove the offending items. Sometime players are allowed to wear glasses, who suffered from glaucoma.

The Goalkeeper

The goalkeeper must wear a football kit that distinguishes him from the rest of the players and the referee. Tracksuit bottom, gloves and a cap - as long as the peak of the cap doesn't represent any kind of danger to other players.

 The Captain

The captain of each team wears an armband that makes him different at least 4 centimeters wide and is a different color to that of his shirt.

The most important part of dressing up for soccer player is freedom of movement so; they can play without having to think about clothes too much.

Check the weather and wear whatever as long as it is comfortable. If it is hot outside, go with something cool. In the cold, pick something a little bit warmer (but you will get hot when you start running).

The appropriate clothes

You probably choose shorts and a t-shirt or soccer jersey in hot. Sweatpants and a long-sleeve shirt are better in cold. If you need to wear shin-guards, wear short socks underneath the shin-guards and long socks over them.

Necessary in cold to start out; make sure that you wear shorts under your sweatpants, so that you can take them off in too hot.

Right shoes

The most important things about shoes are comfort and functionality. Cleats can be used or running shoes, or with no shoes at all. Soccer requires kicking a ball, so wear tennis shoes or cleats, barefoot or sandals can damage and hurt your feet.

Spice up your outfit by adding some personal flair, by purchasing the Soccer jersey or shorts of a favorite player or team (black and white look good under anything).

As a goalie, be sure to get gloves that fit to have maximum ball control in your hand, wear a different color shirt to be differentiated.

Be sure that your cleats fit snugly. Purchase a new pair of cleats each season.
