I need to do a daily routine to loose some pounds and tighten up before the holidays, what should I eat and not eat and how much a day should I do.

Sit ups are great toners exercises, jumping jacks, jogging in place or if u have a treadmill uphill use it that way.  Play music to movivate you to move, watch the creams, gravies, breads, sugars, carbs, fat off meat and low fat milk.  Go to the diet section in the grocery store.
