360 flips

Question
hey-
I have mailed you before when I started skatebaording about kickflips, but I got those and varials down now like cake.
i'm beginning to think about 360 flips, and I know what you have to do(360 shuvit/kickflip) but I don't know how to do them, if you know what I mean.
For my varials and my kickflips, my front foot's right behind the front bolts, but i've read to scoot your foot back for 360 flips.  When I do that, i get them to high, and can't get the full 360.
I've also hear, it's int eh back foot, whatever that means.
I seriously need help, any tips you know.
Also, are you sponsored by any skateshop or anything, just wonderin.
 thanx,
  James Trent

Answer
yeah it's a combination of both, you want to put your front foot a bit more back and make sure that only the toes are on the board(if not you'll "catch too much foot" on the flip and you board will not flip enough) and put the ball of your back foot on the toe-side edge of the tail
the front toes to the back makes sure the board stays under you, the back foot on the edge makes sure that your board doesn't go way up, but keep in mind that you really gotta kick the heck outta that tail to get it round as you're first learning this trick, to keep the board from flying up, just do a sideways scoop with the back foot , as you progress you'll move more and more towards an ollie-like pop and they'll get higher and higher.
so scoop the tail and then gently flick the front foot(it's not a full blown flip lik a kickflip) forward as your board has turned 90 degrees.
then wait for the board to come up aghain and land, easier said than done of course, but this just takes practise to get the timing and strenght right, can't help you there!
hope this works out, let me know how you do!

i ride for a shop called"rokin 128" in amsterdam i also get flow from "kana beach" which is a french clothing company.
so no major sponsors, but it's all about the fun anyway.
