Hi windlover,
What is sheeting in and out? I am confused.
What kind of gear do you use?

Answer
Sheeting in is when you fill the sail with air to make the board move through the water. Sheeting out is when you release the air from the sail to slow down. I use windsurfing gear for medium to high winds.
