Should I walk?

2016/7/21 18:03:02

Question
I have bad knees, should I try and do a walking routine to keep in shape

Answer
Hi Mick
Consult with your docter before any exercising and if ok, then light walks daily, no running is actually great for us.

Wear knee warmers and supports also.  Helps keep them supported and warm.  When home after a good walk, cool down with light stretching and a nice cool bath.
