Question
i want to know what gets taught when i join fcw or wwe tryouts like do we learn how to grapple, how to do Irish whip or how to do active moves like spear or elbow drops also how long is training .....

my second question is about sweating do they provide us with things that stop you from sweating or do you might just have to wear a bandanna or sweatband.... thank you

Answer
How are you doing Dominic?

If you go to a WWE tryout without any training, they will only teach you alittle bit about talking on the microphone.  WWE does not have a training facility.  If you are trying to get into WWE, they ask that you send them a tape or DVD of 3 matches as well as having minimum of 3-5 years of experience.

If you are able to afford FCW, they are a training league that will teach you everything about the world of professional wrestling.  They will teach you how to bump, holds, strikes, spots and everything else you would need to wrestle.

If you pay your way to FCW and are already trained, the first day is usually separating the talent into experience levels, promos, and meet and greet.  Day two is chain wrestling, spots, and your overall look.  Day 3 is usually spar matches to evaluate your total experience.

Concerning sweating, no they won't give you anything to stop you from sweating.  I sweat alot in the ring, but counteract that by wearing a t-shirt.  I don't wear a headband, but I have seen some guys that do.  The problem is that they usually get pulled off by simple moves.  The best way to reduce sweating is cardio endurance.  If you can go for a long time without breathing hard, it helps reduce sweating.

Hope this answers your questions.
