The Leicester on Ice is a great place to experience the best in ice-skating. And yet, there are still a few things people should remember when he or she is going to visit. Every rink usually has some kind of code of conduct and this is only to ensure the safety of everyone that is going to be out of the ice-skating. Each session of the Leicester rink normally lasts 45 minutes after this the next session begins so you should try to clear off of the ice. Unless of course, you are there to skate more.

Being considerate of others is very important, and obviously you want others to realize you are on the ice too. It抯 not a great idea to make chains of three or more because people can fall or get run over and this causes mishap and harm. The Leicester On Ice wants everyone to be able to skate without worrying about getting run over. It抯 important that rules are followed and even though the code of conduct is there; by abiding by it there抯 no problem at all.

Not skating at high speeds is great. The ice marshals know about how fast individuals should go and being able to skate at a good pace is tolerated. Leicester On Ice also has a policy about children under 8 years old skating alone, but then again you will usually see a grown up with a little one this small on the ice. Yes, the Leicester skate rink has actually got skates for small wee ones such as this!

Another important thing to remember, as part of the code of conduct is that mp3 players and video cameras, as well as other technical products don抰 belong on the ice. Recording from a distance and off the ice is much safer and this is allowed. Don抰 talk on the cell phone or mobile phone while you are attempting to skate either, you run the risk of bumping into someone or not paying real attention to others around you. The ice rink simply wants their visitors to be safe and courteous to each other.
