It is your responsibility to make sure you talk to the right people to get the right answers. You may find there are special rules when it comes to night fishing. Heck, even in some places there are permits that will allow you access to certain areas.

4. You need to make sure you stay safe and be careful. You need to understand everything that is around you. Things are a lot different at night, you need to pay close attention to slips and falls. If you cant find someone to go with you then its probably best that you stay home.

5. Be sure you understand all the rules in your areas. There will be certain places that dont allow fishing at night. Then there will be places that dont allow fishing for certain fish at night. Ignorance is never an excuse. It is up to you to know and understand the rules.

Whether you are fishing at night because you want to or just because its the only time you can its still about the love of fishing. There will be no swimmers, no boaters and no one getting in the way. As long as you keep on fishing then fishing at night will be a great experience for you.
