One person, who fell into icy Lake Erie waters after ending up stranded on a broken ice floe with around 150 people Saturday morning, has died, according to U.S. Coast Guard officials.
By 2:45 p.m. U.S. Coast Guard Lt. Zachary Ford in Detroit said all 150 fishermen had been rescued from Lake Erie after an eight-mile wide slab of ice broke away this morning, U.S. Coast Guard officials said.
