I first reported on the Bombshell Turtle weeks before ICAST, citing that while I thought a soft-plastic baby turtle was unique, I had never witnessed a bass eat a real baby turtle. Lo and behold, regular reader Riverrat57 chimed in quickly, offering a link to a photo of a baby turtle in the mouth of a bass his grandson caught. Furthermore, Riverrat57 has already reported success on the Bombshell Turtle in our Trophy Room. Though I haven't gotten the chance to put a Bombshell in front of a bass yet, I did spend some time playing around with them in the pool. If you've been wondering what these baits look like in the water, wait no longer. Tell me what you think.
