El Salto Bass Shootout: Duel/yo-zuri Part 3 - Fishing Tackle - Fishing Lures

2016/7/18 17:46:44

Yo-Zuri fishing lures and fishing tackle proudly gives this fantastic fishing story below.

With the team we had many decades of bass fishing adventure coming from both hemispheres though each contestant had their own specific strategy of the way to find the prize fish we were all after.

For everyone that breakthrough varied. Just a few of us had practically never captured a bass beyond 5pounds, some of us had never ensnared one over 8 pounds and many of us had certainly never caught that magic10 pounder! When we were over and done with our challenge we all would undoubtedly accomplish a completely new personal "best" for that largest bass we have actually hooked in our fishing lives.

The food supplies the bass feed on differs from season to season, and section to section along the lake. Crayfish that wander underneath, and leeches, snakes, frogs, small minnows, gizzard or threadfin shad and bigger Tilapia or Bluegills all help make the huge fish mid-sectionheavier and their eyes bulge out of their head. Hence the fishing lures we attached towards the end of our Yo-Zuri Powercarbon Leader needed to replicate the size and style, color and swimming action of these key food sources.

After we took a slower ride all around the islands close to the camp we came across some of the best cover and structure in almost any lake on the planet. There are countless locations for the fish to hide itself, create, feed and just live carefree lives right into a ripe old age we could actually spend years fishing here and never fish the exact same location twice. We saw tell tale warnings of bass everywhere. Fish were breaking on the surface. There seemed to be boils on undersized schools of baitfish and locals getting their days catch of Tilapia sported a tiny bass or two in their nets now and then.

For the days we've been on the water there had been times that the beauty and serenity overtook us and our focus slipped to admiration of the wilderness all around us after which . . . suddenly . . . we were taken into reality when schools of 3 to 6 pound fish would turn upfrom the surface area effervescent in a feeding madness chasing baitfish everywhere. We discovered quickly that if you don't "match the hatch" you will certainly be left out and miss out on the action. They are usually some of the most fussy bass anyplace in different lake where they live. This can be tough tofathom since the population of bass from this lake is ridiculously hefty. Any class of fish is there from the lake totally from tiny fingerlings to schools of marauding 3 lb fish,as well as the numerous 6, 7, 8 & 9 lb fish that we were reeling in.

Many thanks and come back soon for more stories presented by Yo-Zuri fishing lures and fishing tackle.
