Fly Fishing: Would Love to Try it

Although it is an aspect of the sport I have yet to try, it is something that has always caught my attention. Just the thought of being in the creek, and throwing that fly out has always been something I have wanted to feel apart of.
There is an area just north of my town that is designated to fly fisherman only, and I have always wanted to give it a shot, and see how I like it. I watch a lot of fly fishing TV on WFN, and pay close attention to the way they through the line, the finesse, the hook up. But the one thing that has always interested me the most, it making your own fly's.
For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to perfect the art of Fly making. It is great when you hook into the biggest steel head of your life, but catching it on a fly that you made yourself, well that is something so rewarding, words can't explain. Watching the fish hit something you made. That's the feeling I crave for. There is a place where I Brown trout fish. It is beautiful. Whenever I go, I never want to leave. I find peace at this place, and really proves to me I am only home with a rod in my hands. I suggest to everyone to give fly fishing a try if you haven't yet, I am going to try this spring, and I am hoping that it is as wonderful as I have always thought it would be.
