Offshore the bite was slow but putting in your time showed some results. Dorado and BFT in 250-400 feet  on the troll. Bare/skirted ballyhoo produced some bites.

On the reefs and wrecks, mutton and yellowtail snapper in 40-110 feet Kingfish and sailfish were in 90-180 feet to the north. Live baits, sardines and cut baits were the baits of choice. Cobia were in the area also.

Nearshore, along the beaches and off the piers, bluefish, pompano, jacks, snappers,Live shrimp, sand fleas, squid strips and artificials scented or tipped were producing well. Snook were in the Intracoastal Waterway at night in moving water, around the deeper dock and bridges. Tarpon were seen in the channels and inlets.
 
In freshwater bass were along the grass edges and holes. Some were still holding in the beds. Live shiners were the bait of choice. Spinners, jigs and plastics were also producing the smallies in the grass.
