DIY Bass Boat Conversion: Sea Nymph Project Update

Just about finished my small bass boat project a few little things left to tweak and adjust and a little bit of thought of whats to come for my little bass boat. It's a 14 foot sea nymph that I have converted to primarily  fish bass but will work well for other species.


As you can see not much of a bass boat yet,  but....


Here's a few picks before and after with a few thing still left to do. And a few things that will have to wait until next season.


Added a front casting platform with a hatch to stow those thing that are definitely needed but always take up space.


Large center box storage for all the tackle and other essentials.


A rear casting platform and cover for batteries and fuel tank.

and fully carpeted with rod tie downs trolling motor(hope to upgrade to foot control before to long) depth finder and gps.I put a lot of thought into placement of platforms and storage to maximize this little boats potential and also to keep the design as clean and efficient as possible. there are still a few thing to work out such as the front leaning post location and some final wiring but the bulk of the work is done and with any luck she"ll be fishing this week.
