Remove the barrel and fore-end from the gun.
Turn the gun over and remove the stock.
Locate the ejector spring (a coiled spring) inside the receiver, just below the ejector mechanism.
Place the new ejector spring into the receiver, taking care to orient it correctly.
Reinstall the stock, fore-end, and barrel.
Test the ejector mechanism to ensure it is functioning properly.
