Slug Use with 12 Gauge Chokes: Safety & Compatibility

It is not recommended to shoot slugs through a choke unless it is specifically marked as "slug capable" or "rifled". Using a choke that is not compatible with slugs can cause damage to the gun and/or the shooter.
