New Scuba Diving Sport Magazine Launched in Florida

The first edition of Scuba Sport Magazine has been launched in South Florida in the United States.

The bi-monthly magazine features scuba diving news, information about diving sites, scuba diving destinations and equipment, and focuses on issues that affect the diving community. The magazine is great for divers planning scuba diving holidays or excursions and covers areas including the U.S. East and Gulf Coasts, Florida, Bahamas and Caribbean.

The magazine also dedicates a section to non-divers where information is provided about activities that they can take part in while their friends, partners or children are off enjoying scuba diving adventures.

Publisher of Scuba Sport Magazine, Joe Froelich said: "One of the most common questions that divers receive when pitching a travel idea to their spouses or families has always been "What am I (the kids) going to do while you're out diving?". We understand this dilemma. Which is why we include amenities, activities and adventures to keep the entire family engaged while you're chasing barracudas, sharks and sea turtles.

"We're thrilled that the diving community has been so receptive to our new publication. Upon its release, Scuba Sport Magazine will be already available for free at over 200 participating dive centres located in 37 states, 3 countries and 2 U.S. territories."

A digital version of the scuba diving magazine is also available at scubasportmag.com.

Froelich is very familiar with the scuba diving industry and he has had articles and photos published in a number of scuba diving magazines such as Sport Diver, Scuba Diving, Skin Diver, Southern Diver, Dive Training, Discover Diving, Florida Underwater, and Dive Report.

Covering an area of 9,600 square-kilometres, the marine sanctuary is teeming with reefs that are rich in biodiversity, and the warm crystal clear waters are home to an array of marine creatures including sea urchins, parrot fish, angel fish, barracudas, stingrays, spiny lobsters, shrimp, sharks, eels, dolphins, whales, and sea turtles.
