How to Set the Default Tide on Your Athletic Works AW149 Dive Watch

1. Press and hold the "SELECT" button for three seconds to enter the settings mode.

2. Press the "UP" or "DOWN" button to scroll through the settings options until you reach "TIDE".

3. Press the "SELECT" button to enter the tide settings menu.

4. Press the "UP" or "DOWN" button to scroll through the tide locations until you reach the one you want to set as the default.

5. Press the "SELECT" button to confirm the selection.

6. Press and hold the "SELECT" button for three seconds to exit the settings mode.

The watch will now display the default tide for the selected location.
