Throwing/arm soreness

Question
I have had the problem of "short-arming" the ball my whole life. No matter how much people have told me i can't change it. Sometimes my arm gets sore when i throw a lot and i was wondering if its because of the mechanics. Also any tips on how i can right my throwing motion.

Answer
Joe-
"Short-arming" is only a problem if its happening after you release the ball. this would be considered "cutting off the ball" and could mean that your shoulder is not 100% healthy.  They are lot of great pitchers who have a short arm action.

As far as the soreness, Everyone's arm hurts when they throw "alot". Be sure someone is counting the amount of pitches you are throwing both in the game and during warmups. Try and get into a routine that allows for proper rest and gives your arm a chance to recover
