Question
Hi I am 13 years old and I am really good at baseball. I love baseball and I think I have what it takes to at least play in college (when I'm older of course). The only thing bad about my game is my attitude. I do really good when I have a good attitude. Keyword WHEN. I get really mad if I strike out or make a bad play.
I need to know how to keep a positive attitude even when I'm doing bad. Also I get really freaked out when the pitcher has two strikes on me. If you could answer both I would greatly appreciate it but if not do the attitude one.

Thanks, Matt Alisauskis

Answer
Matt I would tell you to remember the 3 second rule. After a bad play you can get mad and upset for 3 seconds and then you take a deep breath and blow it away. Then get ready for the next play or at bat.
Just remember that big league guys make errors so your never going to be perfect but you want to be and you prepare to be but you know that is not possible. Learn from every mistake. Make the play next time, Get the hit the next time! Your the man,  if they get you know you will get them next time.
