I'm a utility player and i recently picked up ss more than anything else. my question is what is a good drill to work on charging/throwing on the run. I have one of the strongest arms on the team so i save myself on these by muscling the throw. i want it to look good, not just be good. i live by the motto "look good, play good" your help is greatly appreciated!

Making the off balance play starts with understanding some basic points:
go hard and break down a bit as you get to the ball
field ball with left foot forward getting ball just inside the left foot with 2 hands
  do not stop
bring up right foot and throw ball
____
start with a partner about 30 feet away
put left foot forward and lean out to ball like you are fielding it
put both hands together with ball in right hand
take a step with right foot as you throw to your partner

move him back to 40 feet
now you can move towards the imaginary ball (you have ball in your right hand) and make this a little more game like; then repeat the above
