eligibility

Question
My son plays on a travel team as well as a Little League team. There are 13 kids on the travel team. Out of those 13 it is very possible that 8 or 9 of these kids could make our Little League all star tournament team at the end of the season. The travel season will be over before the tournament team is picked.  My question is.. will there be any eligibility issues if these kids are picked for the tournament and also played together on the travel team?

They must have participated in at least 60% of regular season games (in Little League of course) prior to June 15th.  If not, then they are not eligible.
