what is the deffence betreen slapping and driveng the baseball?

Sorry for the late reply, my vacation had lasted longer than expected.  A slap hitter is usually the contact hitter who will hit the ball where its pitched and is good at hitting the ball to the opposite side to move runners into scoring position.  Slapping the baseball is just making contact while driving the baseball is making contact will all your strength and speed.
