pitching location

i am a 16yr. old pitcher,1b,3b,outfielder but i would like to pitch more than anything but i need help with my accurancy any tips.

i dont have anyone to catch for me

Control is a product of good mechanics. If you are having control issues, it is a mechanical issue usually. The only way to diagnose this is to have a quality pitching coach watch you pitch.

Once mechanics are taken care of, control is a product of practice and repetition.  You will still have an outing here and there where your control is off, but it should be here and there and not the normal occurrence.

Are you accurate throwing from 3B or the outfield?

If so, then it would have to be something going on in your windup, stride, delivery that is the problem.  If you are wild even throwing the ball in the field, then it is a simple issue of bad throwing mechanics.  Regardless, you need someone who can diagnose the problem to help you. Then you need someone to throw with.

Try to find a reputable pitching instructor in your area and invest in some lessons. It is the best way to become a quality pitcher.
