P1-181 cm, 80 kg good layups, short range shooting

What should be my game plan.

Assume I know nothing at all about your team.  Tell me about your team.  How can I suggest anything unless I have a scouting report about your team?  I don't even know if they are male or female.
If you've never done a scouting report this a as good a time as any to start.  Tell me, in detail, all about your team and their strengths and weaknesses.
