If you're 90 I'll give you a different opinion than if you're 15.

QUESTION: sorry,im 16 years old

ANSWER: Thanks for asking, I'm going to answer your questions but that does not mean you'll like the answers.
If you were BIG and heavy you would not have as much of a problem with your weight as you do now.  However this can turn into a plus for you.  Aros, your lower body and your core (the parts of you responsible for speed, agility, and quickness) are stonger than most people your age because they've been forced to support and contend with your extra poundage, much as it would for a power lifter.  So if you really want to play basketball you can be lightning fast with an incredible first step if you drop some pounds.

Drop the pounds using exercise instead of dieting, of course cut out cakes and soda, etc.  Your goal should be shooting guard instead of point guard.  Follow the advise in my book, "Basketball - It's All About The Shot" and develop your range from 3 feet to 10 feet out from the basket before trying to shoot from further out than that.
You'll probably make it to 5'8".  Another goal is getting high enough to dunk.  You may not have very many chances during a game to show-off your dunking abilities but it will make your jump-shot harder to block.
Work on your ball handling skills so you can get past taller players and get closer to the basket for your shot.  Read the entire book and you'll understand better.
If you really apply yourself to training you can make your high school team next year, if you wish.
Keep me informed of your progress and I'll help and guide you all along the way.  Read and study my book and the website.  You're the only one that can put in the effort necessary to compete at a high level, no matter what your current weight!

QUESTION: Thank you very much coach, may i know some specific exercises that i need to workout on to improve.I will surely inform you about my progress.

Answer
Hi Auros,
Hit your library and find a video or book on getting in shape for basketball that resonates with you or maybe you can find something you like on line.
Any of them will help you but you need to find one that makes you want to work.
Normally training is not lots of fun, what is fun is scoring at will because of the time and sweat you've spent.
