- Start by placing a water collector in the small body of water near the upper right corner of the screen.

- Next, place a water pipe down from the water collector and merge it with the blue pipe that leads to the town.

- Next, you need to place a pump on top of the hill in the middle of the level and fill it with water to allow it to start pulling water up to the top.

- Then, place a water pipe up the side of the hill and over to the left and merge it with the other blue pipe that leads to the town.

- Finally, place a water tower to the left of the water collector and connect it to the water pipe that runs beside it.

- This should provide enough water to the town and allow you to move on to the next level.
