Becoming a Stronger Defensive End: Tips for Young Football Players

Im 12 and my goal is to be a football player when i grow up. Now i know "What kid doesn't wan be a pro" but football is a passion for me. I know its 70% heart,30% skil,ablilty etc. My question is how do i become a better defensive end. I need to get stronger,faster, and flexiabe. I know im young but when i get oder things will become easier for me....but anyway what are tips on getting stronger,faster,and flexibe.

Join the basketball team at your school. Basketball can help you develop your footwork, speed, hand eye coordination, and endurance. Have your parents take for you for a checkup before you start any workout routine. Take it slow do not over do it make sure you drink lots of water and get plenty of rest when you are not working out.
