I just don't think i could really take on guys in America. Can you give me tips on how to get alot stronger and gain weight?
Answer
Nate
Wonderful and I think you will be surprised that you will be just as tough as American players. I expect you will be able to play high school football. You are almost 14 years old. You are going to start growing, and developing naturally. My advice is to eat a health diet get plenty of sleep and exercise. Over the next 2-5 years you will will grow taller, gain weight and muscle mass and become stronger. You will be able to hold your own. Once you get into high school you can start a weight training program.
