High School Football Recruitment: A Senior Wide Receiver's Guide
Question
im a wide receiver and enetering my senior year. im 5'10 and hope to be 160 pounds for the upcoming senior year season of high school. i didnt play last year and wondering what can i do to be recruited to a team. do teams still take people if they only have senior year football tape to show? or would you think a junior college is a way to go first?
Answer
Hello,
Usually you don't have to do anything (extra), just play hard and hope a team hears about you. Sometimes, the high school coaches have college connections and will shop your name around. Play hard every game, you never know when a college scout will be watching or there to see someone else, and spot you.
