Hello. My name is Davis and i am 19 years old. I didn't play football in High School and now i regret it.  So i was wondering if you could help me out a little bit.  I would like to get into shape so i can start playing i a league or something.  I'm going for Middle linebacker.  What's a good workout plan?

Your going to need to lift and work on agility training. You would also benefit from some position specific drills on the linebacker position. I would suggest that you find a team and speak to the coach about your situation. He could help you get started. There is also lots of info on the internet about training and position drills. Check it out.
