Improve Your Kicking Technique: Advice for Ball Distance and Accuracy

Hi, I find it very difficult to kick the ball far, I am not sure what it is but it should be technique related. I also find it impossible to "chip and chase", so i always just go for a grubber, but a chip is a better option but I always fail at it.I hope you can give me some advice. And just out of curiosity, How do you kick a spiraling bomb?

No offense mate, but I try to be clear in my bio that I suck at kicking, I am a prop and while ok I should not be giving tips on kicking for your own good.
