Hello , I磎 35 years old , an I want to start too play rugby, am i too old ?

Nope. It does depend on your conditioning and the level of play in the team you pick but I know guys your age and older who pick it up.

Try to find a team in a lower grade like 2nd or 3rd division or a club that has a "training" team for beginners.

I suggest "Rugby For Dummies" as a great starter on the basics.
