Question
QUESTION: Is Max Brito still alive?

ANSWER: I am very, very sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I used Google and Max's name came up in Wikipedia. It seems he is still alive and living in France but still has no real repair from his injury.

QUESTION: Sorry is not the answer I did google etc and asked you about Max NOW not 2
years ago.
I am a quadriplegic from a football game in 1969 so I am very interested in his
well being so please try harder.

Answer
Hello Colin,

I did see that on Googling his name that Wikipedia does have him listed with the last update being Feb 29th 2008.

I have put the link to an interview done with Max in October 2007. It is the most recent article I could find.

Frankly I have to say it is not what I would call an inspirational interview. Considering your condition I would not look to it for a positive story.

Best of luck, I myself had a close team mate suffer a similar injury: Alec "Bunk" Worth, he has a website:

www.bunkwurth.org

I know he goes on-line maybe you guys can reach out and share your thoughts

Best wishes for your recovery.
