Question on 6 nations

2016/7/16 9:57:44

Question
Can a team win the triple crown if they draw a game or do they have to win all 3

Answer
Hi Nigel.

The triple crown can only be won by England, Ireland, Scotland or Wales, and to win it they have to beat all 3 other home nations.
However, a draw or loss in a match against France or Italy does not deny them the triple crown, as in the case of Ireland this year winning the triple crown despite losing to France.

Hope this helps.
