1 or 2 feet on pitching rubber

Question
This question pertains to ASA rules for 10U girls fastpitch softball. How many feet have to be in contact with the pitching rubber during the delivery....? Do you have to start with 2 feet on the rubber, and if so, do they both have to stay on the rubber until the stride foot goes forward, or can is the stride foot be allowed to start behind the rubber, with one foot on the rubber at the start..? Or, if she start's with 2 feet on the rubber, can the stride foot come off and go behind the rubber before she stride's forward.
