Stepping out of the batters box!

Is the batter out when he steps out of the batters box and hits a foul ball? Mens Slow Pitch

Answer
If a foot is completely outside the lines, and in contact with the ground at the exact moment the ball and bat contact each other, a dead ball is declared and the batter shall be declared out regardless of whether the ball is fair or foul.
