Throwing, Pitching, Batting

Question
Hello, I am a father and coach of a 13 yr old fastpitch softball player. She plays 3rd base, on the throwing from third to first I am looking for ways to improve her aim and quickness.
She also pitches and wanted to know of any good ideas to help her in her movement of the ball, her spped is there.
Batting, she currently has a .609 batting average, but lately she has started to dip when swinging, wanted to know how I go about helping her to correct this.

Thanks for your time and any help.

Answer
Hello!  For 3rd base make sure the feet and shoulers are set in the right position before she throws.  For quickness, she needs to make the exchange at her right shoulder if she is right handed and bring her arm directly back to a 90 degree angle and throw. Fast, small steps are very important.  The bigger the step, the more time it takes.  Don't let her get under the ball to throw, many girls this age do this.  She has to stay on top and throw down.

As far as movement goes,  I can only really show how to do it.. I can't write it out, but movement is more important than speed.

Dipping in hitting is a lazy back side and arm's fault.  That back arm really needs to punch through.  Have her dry swing with a fence 4 inches behind her back foot.  If she dips, her bat will hit the fence.
I hope this in any way helps you!
