Question
are you out if you are running and the ball that is hit, hits your foot while your running and no one touched it inbetween you and the batter?

Answer
Hi Brian,

If a runner, not on base, is hit by a fair batted ball before it passes an infielder, excluding the pitcher, the runner would be out.

They would also be out if it passed an infielder and another player had an opportunity to make an out.
