Vertical Jump Training: Strength & Plyometrics for 12 Weeks

i made this program tell me how many inches you think ill get in 12 weeks plyometrics tuck jumps 4x12,side to side box jump 4x8,jump squat 4x10,depth jump 4x5 and my weight training is squats 4x8,leg extension 4x8,calf raise 3x10,deadlift 4x8?

Like my bio said, I'm not a trainer. So I'm not able to tell you how many inches your program will increase your vertical.
However, your program will make your much stronger, much more explosive, much more stable. CONGRATULATIONS on your initiate! You go!!
I recommend you find the expert on this site who's a trainer, and send your question to him/her. That expert can tell you more about jumping than I can.
