ANSWER: Rob,

What position do you play?  It's hard for me to tell you what to do to get to the next level when I don't know what level you are at, at the moment.  I can recommend a few books that may help.  Or e-mail me back and be a little more specific on what you would like to get better at.

QUESTION: Sorry
well i play anything but setter!
i wouldnt mind getting better at jumping ( if this is at all possible) i reckon i am
now jumping about a hands height over the top of a mens height net in a block

Answer
Robert,

If you want to get a better vertical jump some of the best exercises are plyometeric jumps.  I can explain a few of them but it would be much easier if you "google" plyometric exercises because they will explain them much better and most sites have pictures.

Good luck,
Steve
