Senior level volleyball plays

Hi Steve, I have been coaching the bulk of the boys team I am with now. I started coaching these boys at Bantam level (grade 8), and I have moved up with them and they are now in grade 11 and 12. Last year our team had an awesome season, undefeated! First time at our high school a Junior VB team went to provincials, what a great experience for all of us, we expected to come in last because we knew the level of VB would be high, we placed 9th out of 16 teams. I feel they have a good base. My plan was to not continue coaching them at this level, I find it is a lot more technical and I feel I don't have enough knowledge to prepare them, if they wanted to play university or college level ball. They were in desperate need of a coach and needless to say they begged me to continue, so I decided to continue. I feel we have a great coach/athlete relationship. We are using the 5-1 rotation. I am looking for drills and plays that will bring them up to the level they deserve, I really hope you are able to help me or direct me. Thank so much, Angie

I tried to call you today but you left me the wrong telephone number.  I am also 2 hours later than you.  So if you call me at 9:30 your time it is 11:30 my time.
