Info. about rod

Question

Crappie Rod   I have a rod that used to be my grandfathers that I know absolutely nothing about. It is a 10', three section, soft touch series ultra sensitive crappie pole. It has a "stamp" that says Ocean City Tackle & Rods and is by Walker International-Since 1936. I am including a picture to help you out. I have watched a couple of youtube videos and now have an idea how to use it. Do you have any idea how old it is and it's approximate value?

I am not familiar with this rod, if its fiberglass I would put it post WWII.
