Browning silaflex pole

I bought a Browning Silaflex rod and was wondering the year
and value of it?

it has alum real seat and foam grips. it also has really
nice eyes with porcelain on the inside of the eyes. It's a
chocolate brown color w/ lighter brown thread.
I bought it for $20 w/ a older daiwa reel.

Hi Jared,

Silaflex rods were made from the 1950s-1980s but it is likelt that yours was made in the 1960s-1970s time frame.  Value with a working reel attached would be in the $15-$30 range depending on actual condition of rod and reel.
