Jim; I am not familiar with this item.  I believe your best bet would be to send the information to Bassmaster Magazine in care of Karl White's column "What's it worth?" Antique tackle.  You can probably do this online or by snail mail.  

Give Karl all the information about the item that is possible.  For example is it a rod, reel, lure or something else.  You did not say in your question.  All information you can give will help.   If you know how old it is or where it was made will help.  Just where you got it might help too.  Was it in an old tackle box, an attic, etc?
